Quality Manager


Job Description:

1. System establishment and maintenance: Establish, maintain, and continuously optimize a quality management system that complies with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 standards, and semiconductor industry norms. Lead internal audits, management reviews, and external certification audits to ensure the efficient operation of the system and its adaptability to the company's entire industrial chain business needs.
2. Full-process quality control: Coordinate the quality supervision of the entire process of semiconductor thermoelectric materials, TEC devices, and temperature control systems, from research and development design, raw material procurement, manufacturing, to finished product delivery and after-sales service. Establish inspection standards for key processes, monitor production yield and reliability, and strictly control quality risks in core aspects such as material performance and precision assembly.
3. Quality anomaly handling and improvement: Lead the root cause analysis (8D, 5Why) of major quality issues, develop and close-loop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); handle customer complaints and returns, coordinate cross-departmental resources for rapid response, promote continuous quality improvement, and reduce quality costs.
4. Supplier quality management: Establish a supplier quality assessment system, lead the review, access assessment, and performance management of key raw material suppliers, promote supplier quality improvement, reduce the rate of defective incoming materials, and ensure stable supply chain quality.
5. Team management and cultural construction: Establish a QA/QC team, set departmental goals and performance evaluations, and organize quality skills training; promote the construction of a quality culture for all employees, and enhance cross-departmental quality awareness in R&D, production, sales, and other areas.
6. Quality data management: Utilize quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, CPK, MSA, and analytical software like Minitab to monitor quality data, generate quality analysis reports, and provide data support for management decision-making.

Job requirements:

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, semiconductor materials, quality management, mechanical automation, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or higher position in the semiconductor/electronic components industry (preferably in the fields of TEC, thermoelectric materials, and precision devices), and familiar with semiconductor device research and development, production, and inspection processes.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems and the five major tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC); skilled in using quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and the seven major QC methods; familiar with semiconductor device quality inspection standards, reliability testing methods, and non-conforming product control processes.
4. Core Competencies: Possess strong abilities in establishing quality systems, coordinating across departments, analyzing and solving problems, and managing teams; familiarity with semiconductor thermoelectric materials, TEC device characteristics, and production processes is preferred; possess excellent data analysis skills, ability to handle pressure, and a strong sense of customer service.
5. Certificate requirements: Candidates holding ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor certificates are preferred.
