Production/Workshop Manager
Job Description:
1. Assist the department manager in overseeing the comprehensive operation and management of the production workshop;2. Assist the department manager in formulating and achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly goals for the production workshop;
3. Assist the department manager in achieving the cost control objectives of the production workshop;
4. Assist the department manager in optimizing the workflow of the production workshop, and establishing and implementing management systems;
5. Assist in monitoring the daily production status of equipment in each workshop, including equipment utilization rate, equipment downtime, material scrap, and scrap
6. Assist the department manager in optimizing the production department team and cultivating subordinate staff
7. Other tasks assigned by leaders
Job requirements:
1. Aged 35-45, with a college degree or above, majoring in electromechanical, electronics, automation or related fields;2. At least three years of work experience in management positions at or above the supervisor level in SMT/die bonding machine production workshops;
3. Proficient in various management workflows in the production workshop, with cost control awareness and methods, and management methods and experience in leading a team;
4. Have work experience with SMT/die bonding equipment, and possess certain experience in improving the production process and controlling quality of SMT/die bonding machines;
5. Familiar with equipment management, spot inspection, maintenance, optimization, and repair;
6. Excellent team management skills, with a focus on team optimization and subordinate development;
7. Possess good leadership and organizational coordination skills, communication skills, execution skills, etc
