Quality Inspector


Job Description:

1. Be responsible for the daily quality inspection, sampling inspection, and full inspection of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Strictly follow the company's inspection standards, industry norms, and process flows to conduct inspections, and ensure proper verification of various indicators such as dimensions, appearance, and performance.
2. Fill in inspection records and quality inspection reports accurately, meticulously recording product batches, testing data, and inspection results to ensure data authenticity and clear records. Submit quality inspection reports on time and archive them for future reference.
3. Inspect the entire production process, promptly identify quality hazards during production, and upon discovering product defects, process issues, or batch quality anomalies, immediately suspend the circulation, report to the supervisor, and track the problem rectification and re-inspection to close the loop.
4. Assist in refining quality inspection standards, inspection processes, and quality management systems, collaborate with the workshop to conduct quality reviews, defective product statistics, and quality issue analysis, and propose optimization and improvement suggestions.
5. Be responsible for identifying, isolating, and registering non-conforming products, following up on the rework, repair, and scrap processes of defective products, and preventing non-conforming products from entering the next process and the market.
6. Maintain and calibrate basic quality inspection tools and testing equipment, carry out routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration work, and ensure that the testing equipment is accurate and usable.

Job requirements:

1. Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronic engineering, semiconductor materials, quality management, mechanical automation, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of quality management experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or higher position in the semiconductor/electronic components industry (preferably in the fields of TEC, thermoelectric materials, and precision devices), and familiar with semiconductor device research and development, production, and inspection processes.
3. Professional Skills: Proficient in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems and the five major tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC); skilled in using quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, and the seven major QC methods; familiar with semiconductor device quality inspection standards, reliability testing methods, and non-conforming product control processes.
4. Core Competencies: Possess strong abilities in establishing quality systems, coordinating across departments, analyzing and solving problems, and managing teams; familiarity with semiconductor thermoelectric materials, TEC device characteristics, and production processes is preferred; possess excellent data analysis skills, ability to handle pressure, and a strong sense of customer service.
5. Certificate requirements: Candidates holding ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 internal auditor certificates are preferred.
